Chicken Stuffing Casserole

This is BY FAR the easiest dinner that can be thrown together in about 5 minutes and is sure to please! My husband always goes back for seconds and thinks I spent all day creating this amazing dish...little does he know, I threw it together about 10 minutes before he got home from work. Another reason I like this recipe is because I always have these ingredients on hand :)

Chicken Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken cut in cubes
1 pkg of your favorite stuffing
Butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup

and that's it! I told you it was easy!.........

I like to cook a few pounds of chicken breast in the beginning of the week and then freeze it so I will have it on hand for the week.

Next, cut the chicken into cubes and layer in a greased baking dish.

Now it's time to prepare your stuffing - any variety works and any additons make the dish even better such as cranberries, onions, or any other added extras you might like!

Next you layer the stuffing over the chicken.

Finally, spread the cream of chicken soup over the stuffing.

Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes and voila! You have a quick and easy dinner that will please your entire family :) I like to pair mine with a side of broccoli, a sweet potato, or some butternut squash!

yum :)
